Ann G. Williams,

Ann is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practioner (LIMHP) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC).

 

She has worked in the substance abuse and mental health field since 1998, becoming licensed in both areas in 2002.

 

Ann works with a variety of populations, including males, females, families, adolescents, teens, elders, and LGBTQIA2S+ individuals experiencing difficulty with co-occurring disorders. Ann's care is AFFIRMING care!

 

She has also received training as an Adoption Competent Professional to assist anyone touched by adoption (birth parents, those who adopt or have adopted and the individual adopted). 

 

Ann is a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) for DOT Assessments (required for CDL license holders) and a Nebraska Standardized Model Provider. She is also a Substance Abuse Expert (SAE) who can evaluate individuals who have violated the substance abuse provisions of an Fitness For Duty Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) policy and make recommendations concerning education, treatment, return to duty, followup drug and alcohol testing, and aftercare.

 

Ann has also completed Levels I and II of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) training and has been utilizing this therapy tool since 2008. She is also a Clinical Hypnotherapist trained in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy.

 

Ann has many interests and skills, especially working with individuals who have experienced significant trauma in his or her life and engaging individuals and families.

Ann accepts most insurance plans and has evening and weekend hours available.
