Online Counseling or e-counseling

 

During the height of the pandemic, teletherapy helped people get services and reduced the fear of contracting COVID with in-office visits. I am continuing to offer this service as many have found it a very convenient and effective way of engaging in therapy. I also offer EMDR and hypnotherapy through the online format.
