Ann is trained and experienced in conducting diagnostic assessments, providing therapeutic services (including EMDR and Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy) and work with those touched by adoption in any way.

 

A diagnostic assessment provides an overall picture of how well you feel emotionally and how your issue(s) may be impacting your mental health, thinking, reasoning, memory or behavior.

 

A diagnostic assessment typically takes between 60-90 minutes. In a safe and comfortable setting, Ann will ask questions to understand your unique situation and she will help you formulate a plan to improve your situation, manage symptoms and reach your goals. If further assistance is necessary, such as a referral to a provider who can prescribe medications, Ann will provide you with contacts.
